Instructions

1. Place 18 crackers, top sides down, on large tray or platter.
2. Cook and stir onions and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
3. or until crisp-tender.
4. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
5. Place crackers in single layer on tray; top with meat mixture and cheese snack. Cover with remaining crackers, top sides up, to make 18 sandwiches.
