Nut Harvest Watermelon-Goat Cheese Bites: Slice watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Spread with goat cheese and top with crushed Nut Harvest pistachios.
Tropicana Watermelon Basil Lemonade: Puree cubed watermelon into blender, and strain through cheesecloth. Discard solids. In a glass, combine 2oz fresh watermelon puree, 6 oz Tropicana Lemonade and a splash of vodka (optional). Pour over torn basil leaves and ice, garnish with watermelon wedge.
